Yes I liked it because the snow looks super cool with the background and the soccer player in the globe.

It makes a copy layer

4. What tool do you use to create the frame animation?

Window, tab, then timeline

5. Would you want to create another animation? Why/why not

Yes because it would be cool to see what else you can do in photoshop.
